Heavy duty fiberglass grating is available in both molded and pultruded grating systems.
While capitalizing on some of the traditional benefits of standard molded and pultruded grating products - high strength, corrosion resistance, fire retardant, non-conductivity and low maintenance – molded and pultruded heavy duty fiberglass grating has been engineered to carry rolling loads from forklifts and up to H20 loads that traditional molded and pultruded FRP grating products are unable to support.

Molded Heavy Duty Fiberglass Grating
With a 48% open surface area, our molded heavy duty fiberglass grating is available in a 6-by-4-foot panel with depths of 1-1/2 and 2 inches and comes standard in a fire retardant vinyl ester resin system, dark gray color, with a smooth surface. Our molded heavy duty grating conforms to an ASTM E-84 flame spread rating of 25 or less and a Class 1 Fire Rating.

Pultruded Heavy Duty Fiberglass Grating
With 47% or 58% open surface area options, our pultruded heavy duty grating is available in 1-, 1-1/4, 1-1/2-, 2-, 2-1/2- and 3-inch depths and comes standard in a fire retardant vinyl ester resin system, dark gray color, with a grit top surface. Our pultruded heavy duty grating merits an ASTM E-84 flame spread rating of 25 or less and a Class 1 Fire Rating. All heavy duty grating is specially engineered to meet rolling load requirements.
