Carbon
Steel Bar Grating is a nice choice when your project requires a strong material and you are not going to expose the grating to an
expressly corrosive environment. Choose from plain or serrated surfaces, galvanized, standard black, bare steel or painted and
light or heavy duty welded grating.
Welded grating is joined at the intersection of the bearing bars
and cross bars. Welded bar grating is a versatile option for
light to moderate loads. When heavy duty loads are present, the
heavy duty grating provides a nice option. This is appropriate
for highways, airport runways, and bridge floors.
Light duty bar grating ranges in size from 3/4" x 3/16" to
2 1/2" x 3/16". Heavy
duty bar grating ranges in size
from 1 1/4" x 1/4" to 6" x 1/2".
